  12. Well, our one roommate took the plunge and decided to get married, so now 
  13. we have to fill his room.

  17. Upstairs: 
  18. Large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms
  19.  
  20. Downstairs:
  21. Family room with fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer, one 
  22. bedroom, bathroom w/ shower and play room.

  24. Outside:
  25. Huge backyard with in-ground pool and jacuzzi (Very NICE in the summer!!)
  26.  
  27. The room that we are looking to fill is upstairs and measures 12'x11' and 
  28. has a good-sized closet.

  30. There are three roommates that are staying. We are all profesionals (two 
  31. of us work at The MITRE Corporation). 
  32. We are looking for a non-smoking M/F, that is relatively neat (at least in 
  33. the common areas of the house), and that doesn't mind sharing chores.
  34. The room will be available starting February 1.
  35. Rent is $375 /mth plus 1/4 of the utilities (Gas heat/hot water, electric, 
  36. phone and cable)
