- Support Engineers to join our Technical Support Organization.

- Manager Technical Support - SQL Windows:

- The manager will oversee the Technical Support Activities for the
- SQLWindows and Quest team with the primary objective of providing superior
- quality service to all customers. Will actively manage and assist in
- problem resolution, activity reporting, development of test and
- demonstration programs, and maintenance of relationships with Development,
- QA and Marketing departments.

- This position requires:

- * Application development experience in MS Windows, Presentation Manager
- or other GUI product.
- * Experience with a SQL RDBMS such as Oracle, Ingres, Sybase or DB2 is
- desired.
- * Applications development using SQL, knowledge of C and experience in
- LAN environments such as Novell, 3Com and IBM, etc. is highly desired.
- * 3+ years management experience in a software vendor environment.
- * 5+ years experience in Technical Support.
- * BSCS, MSCS preferred.

- * 3+ years industry experience in development or support.
- * BSCS or BS related field.

- * 3+ years industry experience in development or support.
- * BSCS or BS related field.
