  21. We are currently seeking a QA Manager to manage our SQLBase QA Development 
  22. organization.

  24. This position calls for a hands on manager who will work with team members 
  25. to ensure that SQLBase will be adequately QAed before release to 
  26. customers.  This includes test suite development, test automation, 
  27. coordinating with the SQLBase development team to ensure testability, 
  28. managing alpha releases and working with Technical Support, Marketing and 
  29. MIS departments.

  31. This position requires:
  32.  
  33. *   Considerable experience in SQL RDBMS either as a QA developer or as
  34.     an applications developer.
  35. *    Formal background in QA including knowledge of tools that aid QA
  36.     automation is desired.
  37. *    Experience in PC LAN environments such as Novell, IBM 3Com desired.
  38. *    5+ years in SQL QA or SQL application development.
  39. *    2+ years management experience.
