  15. I am looking for some information on investing in multi-family housing.

  17. This is probably real basic stuff and I apologize if this is in a FAQ.
  18. My questions are:

  20.      What is a reasonable amount to pay for a rental building?
  21.        (I have heard phrases such as 3.5 times rent roll...)
  22.         I imagine this is contingent on location and condintion of building...
  23.       
  24.      What kind of return is reasonable on this kind of investment?
  25.        (None of the no money down type hype please.)
