- Yes, I used echinacea about a year ago. I bought the tincture and used
- it during two colds. The dose I used was 30-40 drops in a glass of
- warm water, the dose recommended on the label. I took it 2 or 3 times
- a day. My experience was that it provided some relief, but did not
- eliminate the colds. In contrast, I took some homeopathic medicine for
- a cold two months ago. It provided dramatic overnight relief and the
- cold was gone 2 days later.
