  15. This idea came up in a discussion with a friend whose wife has had a kidney
  16. transplant. To suppress rejection of the foreign kidney she is regularly
  17. given a drug called Cyclosplorin (not sure about spelling) by Sandoz. This
  18. medicine suppresses immune response and from what I could gather, in a 
  19. general way.

  21. It seems that at an abstract level the symptom this drug induces is the same
  22. as in case of AIDS: suppression of immune response. Couldn't this drug then
  23. be used, in infinitesimal doses, as a medicine for AIDS ? Has homeopathy 
  24. been attempted for AIDS at all or is the immune response itself is the 
  25. mechanism homeopathy relies on ?
