  10. I've read a couple of posts using the word "traditional" to refer to the
  11. opposite of alternative medicine.  I'd like to suggest that a more accurate
  12. and less confusing term would be "conventional" medicine.

  14. Conventional medicine may seem "traditional" at times, but strictly
  15. speaking it's not propagated by tradition, and has really come into its own
  16. only in the last fifty years -- as compared to thousands for traditional
  17. Chinese or Indian medicine, for instance.
