- Try before you buy. Make sure you can get the effects you are looking for.
- There are many things people can do to handle stress that don't require
- special hardware or batteries. For some kinds of medical durables,
- there are trial or rental programs which let folks try out stuff and
- make sure it works for them (e.g., phototherapy lights), with rental
- costs applied toward purchase price. I'd be wary if there was no such
- program.
