  12. I'm very interested in ayurveda, the ancient Indian (as in India) practice
  13. of food, herbs, and lifestyle. I've been practicing it for about six
  14. months and it has given me much deeper understanding of myself as well
  15. as better digestion, better sleep, and more calmness.

  17. I've started a free newsletter listing ayurvedic sources that I'll upload
  18. soon. It is terribly incomplete, and I'd love to hear about more that is
  19. not in it.
