- Like any other drug, "natural" or not, you will build a tolerance to the
- wine. I've found that sometimes I wake up with a dry mouth a few hours
- into the night also. I've found that 12.5-25 mg of Doxylamine Succinate
- will put me right to sleep. It's an antihisitamine that is remarkably
- effective. None of the other OTC "sleep aids" do a thing to me, but this
- stuff works every time.
-
- The side effects are a stuffy nose, and that a whole one makes me want to
- sleep for about 10 hours. If you do it every day for a week or two it
- isn't effective, but you just take a week off and it is again.
-
- I think Unisom contains it, look at the ingrediants.
-
- Re "natural": I'm sure some plant contains it. If you prefer to find
- the plant and chew the leaves, fine, but I don't know what or where.
