I had a query regarding the harm abdominal exercises can do to your lower back.
I have been working on my stomach muscles for 9 months now and have gotten fairly good defintion. I do about 12 different exercises with 20 reps for each.
I also maintain a 4 day a week free weight program. For quite some time now my lower back has started hurting especially during lower abs workout.
I was wondering what abdominal exercise put the most strain on the lower back, so I can ease off them for sometime.
And 1 more thing... how strong does one have to be to do one hand pushups?
I seem do 15 fairly easily but bench only 135-145lbs. I weigh ~150
