- According to the charts my target heart rate for working out should
- be 135 -165 but I frequently find myself going at 170s or 180s.
- Is this dangerous? I could slow down but then I don't feel I'm
- working hard. All I do is 25 - 30 minutes on a Nordic Track 4 - 6
- times weekly. Since I'm limited for time, I want the best workout I can
- get (but don't want to keel over).
