- My body fat is in the 4% range and I'm quite healthy. I lift alot and
- often (in the gym 4-5 days a week). I don't see my low body fat as
- unhealthy. If your body fat is low due to poor eating habits, then
- it may be unhealthy......but it is the eating habits which are unhealthy,
- not the byproduct of those habits ie: the low fat. Maybe that is the
- answer to the health question. Or maybe not.............
