- In the above Edward Kennedy asked a simple question to which there was
- a simple reply, which I posted in another article. The reply to this
- by Keith R is totally out of context... does not answer the question
- at all and completely changes the focus of the question asked. EK was
- asking about how to tone his abs w/o increasing in size. KR's reply
- was on how to live a healthy lifestyle... how nixing the coffeee and
- drinking grapefruit juice could reduce my abs escapes me... Mind you!
- his question was not how to reduce bodyfat?
