- Since your body fat % is going down you are on the right track. If you
- really want to lose these love handles you really have to reduce this
- body fat more...

- The second more important thing to do is to stop doing any "external
- obliques" exercises. Currently, the popular wisdom is that the
- external obliques are easy to develop and grow very fast and are hard
- to get rid of. I would recommend that you avoid doing any obliques
- exercises for a month and compare the results.

- For toning the abs, just exercise the abs without any oblique work...
- Do leg raises, crunches, hanging leg lifts etc...
