- Now granted, caffeine isn't the best thing in the world for you. But is
- there any real reason one can't get lean while drinking caffeine? I don't
- understand why a few cups of coffee would jeopardize an otherwise healthful
- diet. Realistically, if you've been drinking coffee in the morning for
- years, just switching to grapefruit juice one day just isn't gonna cut it,
- though it could be enough to make you give up on the "diet" program early on.
