- I think everyone in this newsgroup would agree that it is never too late to
- start! I have a friend who is 26 and very thin as well. The guy must have a
- tape worm or something because he eats like there is no tommorrow. It's
- funny how genetics works. But anyway, I noticed one day his neck looked alot
- thicker, his chest..well he seemed to have the beginnings of a chest. He just
- looked physically stronger and not nearly as thin. So I asked him if he had been
- working out. It turned out he had but all he was doing was 10 pushups
- whenever he got the urge. He probably banged out 120 pushups throughout the
- day. With this little bit of effort he was able to produce results that
- other people could see! Imagine if the guy had worked with weights. Anyway,
- I hope this gives you some encouragement.
