- I think everyone runs into this at one point or another. Try switching your
- routine around. for example instead of starting with the bench, start with
- inclines or flys. I know it's hard, but take a few days off and then come back
- with a different routine in mind. Or, go into the gym one day, with the
- intention of just f___ing around. Don't have anything in mind, just pick
- something to do and have some fun. It sounds stupid, but trust me it works.
- The worst thing to do is get stuck in a rutt, and then not be able to get out
- of it. You will only end up wasting your time at the gym. You need to keep
- your workouts fun. If they're not fun, then it turns into work, and gets boring
