- GC>Dear Mr. Bones,
- GC>Congrats on your weight loss. There are 4 PE teachers sitting here in
- GC>Enumclaw, Wa. eating fritos and non-diet pop during an in-service class
- GC>and we read your note. We all agree that you should increase your fat
- GC>intake by 15-20% FAT. If you are working out you won't have any problems
- GC>with that.
- GC>Be sure to consult your local nutritionist for further instructions.
-
- GC>Have a good holiday meal.

- Thanks for the input Gary. I have altered my diet to include about a
- 10-15% fat consumption daily. I have also drastically increased my
- protein intake to about 50% of total diet. It seems to be the
- combination that is working and allows me to put on weight without
- putting on FAT.
-
- I am going to have a great holiday meal and would like to wish you and
- your fellow teachers a very happy holiday season.
-
