- I do this by using the PBMPLUS suite of conversion utilities to convert
- the GIF to Sun raster format, then use the Ileaf utilities to convert
- Sun raster to Ileaf. This is with Ileaf 4.3 running on Suns. I'd
- recommend a similar method for whatever platform you're on. PBMPLUS has
- been ported to many machines (Unix machines, MS-DOS, etc.), so use that
- to get the GIF into something Ileaf can convert, like TIFF or (in my
- case) Sun raster.
