- Hello. I have a two level autonum stream for numbering equations.
- The second level is a lowercase alpha. The problem I am facing is
- the following:
-
- +----------------+
- | Ileaf document |
- +----+ +---------------------------------------+
- | |
- | this is an equation (1) |
- | |
- | this is another equation (2) |
- | |
- | this is equation 1 from a group of 3 (2a) |
- | this is equation 2 from a group of 3 (2b) |
- | this is equation 3 from a group of 3 (2c) |
- | |
- +-------------------------------------------------------------+
-
- What I would like to have is (3a) (3b) and (3c) for the new group
- of equations. Is there a way to have my 1st level counter
- increase by 1 each time I ask for a 2nd level autonumber, for the
- same stream?
-
- Or alternatively can I have an autonumber stream to inherit the
- last value from another autonumber stream and then increase it?
-
- I use Ileaf 5.2 on an Apollo 400 running DomainOS.
-
- Best wishes for a happy and productive new year.
