  23. In all the press I've read concerning this agreement, I've yet to read
  24. anything but vague details.  Statements such as:

  26. "Apple will provide technical assistance to Symantec"
  27. "Apple engineers are working with Symantec"
  28.  
  29. don't *really* mean anything.  Symantec seems to be calling the shots.
  30. What I'd like to know is what (contractual) leverage Apple has.

  32. I'd also like to know why Symantec was anointed with such honors in the
  33. first place.
