  28. i could say a great deal here and land in hot water
  29. (it wouldn't be very constructive anyway).  instead,
  30. all i will say is this:

  32. if you are a developer with concerns (i need to
  33. stress here that they don't have to be just about
  34. development systems), take the time to write a
  35. letter to Roger Heinen, our high muckity-muck and
  36. head panjandrum of engineering.  i hear that roger
  37. likes letters (*don't* e-mail, because he's swamped,
  38. and if it's not worth a postage stamp and a walk to
  39. the mailbox, you're simply not serious).
