- i'm interested in information on speeding up a powerbook 140. after opening
- mine up, i noticed that the processor card said powerbook 140/170 on it, and
- this leads me to believe that i can accelerate the thing with a few parts and a
- little soldering. Has anyone on here done this operation?
- i want to know how fast i can take the thing by just changing the crystal, and
- how fast it will go if i also change the processor. also, can an fpu be
- soldered on?
-
- i have some time - the warranty doesn't expire until june, and i won't be doing
- it until then.
