  10. Here's a stumper (I think...) for y'all.  I was poking around inside my lab's
  11. si tonight, trying to see what I could do to it, and I found two things which
  12. interest me.

  14. #1.  On the motherboard, there is a ROM SIMM slot.  What would this be used
  15. for?  Thus far I am unaware of any ROM SIMMs on the market.

  17. #2. on the Apple Display Card, there are TWO similar slots.  I assume these are
  18. of VRAM.  If so, what kind (512k or 1mb) can be used, and would they enhance
  19. the board's performance?  For reference, we have a 21" Apple Greyscale monitor
  20. here.  We use it for a lot of graphics and scanning.  Would increasing the VRAM
  21. speed things up a bit?
