  14. First, happy new year to all of you!
  15. I'm about to buy a CD ROM drive.  So I'd like to hear from anyone who have 
  16. tried it if it's really as good as they say it is, if it's as fast as they 
  17. say it is, and if it's really that good a deal (at around $500, if I remember
  18. correctly?).
  19. So if any of you have tried it, please drop me a note.
