  33. Those pinouts and sense lines are for Quadra but I think all Apple video 
  34. cards that support VGA do it with same sense codes.
  35. With Quadra it will give you 640x480 (Apple 13", VGA) or 800x600 (S-VGA)
  36. swichable via control panel. These are with vga/svga sync.
  37. Third party cards might have no sense lines and give you 640x480 with apple 13"
  38. sync. Then you need a multisync monitor and you can leave 7-10 wire away.
  39. This is also with old Apple cards that support 13" color only.
  40. Some third party cards might need apple 13" sense lines with multisync vga.
  41. Then you should wire pin 4 with 11 and leave 7 and 10 empty.
