  20. I own a Sony CPD 1604S and like it.  It's hooked up to my Q900 onboard
  21. video and works well with that.  I got a good deal last summer on
  22. the Sony and it compares well with the Apple 16" (they are both trinitron
  23. tubes).  I did have to use the "Mac Std Gamma" (not the default) to
  24. get it bright enough for me.

  26. You can run the CPD-1604S at a variety of resolutions.  I've personally
  27. use it at 640x480 and 832x624 with different adapter cables.  So I'm
  28. sure you can run it on your ci at 640x480 with the proper cable.  To
  29. get the 832x624 you'll need a video card that supports the standard
  30. 16" monitor resolution.
