- No competent site administrator would tolerate a situation where his clients
- routinely lost their work. There is no reason for this other than neglect or
- lack of knowledge. It is perfectly possible to configure a Mac to be at LEAST
- as reliable as a clone running Windows (and usually a LOT more easily).

- The Macs that I maintain do NOT lose papers. I have some machines that have
- operated for three and four years now without a single crash.

- It sounds to me like you folks need to hire somebody who knows what he is
- doing to administer your computer labs.
