- Me, too. I *tried* to get him to dig immediately, but I never managed
- to do it. If you dig at the edge of the pillar, the timing is less
- difficult, but still tricky---one staircase is *just* enough to span the
- gap. If you dig too soon the stairs won't reach the second pillar. Dig
- too late and there will be a lethal gap before the first step. Took me
- about 6 tries before I got the timing right.
