  12. I have tried persistently for the last three weeks to dial in to
  13. America Online from Baltimore.  I get a carrier and a spinning wheel,
  14. but that's all until a timeout.  Same thing when I try through 
  15. Hagerstown Md.  I wrote them a paper-mail query, got no answer.
