  15. That's a very nice precis of the differences and similarities of
  16. QM and Eudora. Lots and lots of folks here like QuickMail. Lots of
  17. others like Eudora. Having used both and administered QuickMail
  18. (I quit), I must admit that I like Eudora better. QuickMail is cute
  19. but getting to and from the Internet involves the use of yet another
  20. piece of software, a mail gateway, that can be another source of
  21. trouble. Ignoring existing standards is usually a mistake. I once
  22. asked a representative of CE Software why they didn't just put an
  23. SMTP compliant lower end on thei rcute user interface and make both
  24. camps happy. I never got much of an answer.
