- I have the same problem. Try getting the ZoomTurbo ARA script from Sumex. This
- is a hack script for the Zoom v.32 9600 (12000 turbo) modem. It let my v.32bis
- Zooms connect but at only 4800 baud! When I use this script with the ZoomTurbo
- I get a 12000 baud connectin every time!
-
- My question is why does the modem hang up? Is it a problem in hardware that can
- be fixed by hacking the ARA script to change some registers? I had a Supra
- v.32bis that did the same thing but worse. I would work a little longer at
- connecting but always hung up! I returned it and got the Zoom.
