  26. I have the same problem. Try getting the ZoomTurbo ARA script from Sumex. This
  27. is a hack script for the Zoom v.32 9600 (12000 turbo) modem. It let my v.32bis
  28. Zooms connect but at only 4800 baud! When I use this script with the ZoomTurbo
  29. I get a 12000 baud connectin every time!

  31. My question is why does the modem hang up? Is it a problem in hardware that can
  32. be fixed by hacking the ARA script to change some registers? I had a Supra
  33. v.32bis that did the same thing but worse. I would work a little longer at
  34. connecting but always hung up! I returned it and got the Zoom.
