- If you don't have a host which can handle it (any Unix host can, thanks
- to termcaps), then you don't understand it.

- There are two issues here - the first is when a host allows >24
- lines and the term program doesn't know about it, the second is when you
- resize the terminal, but the host doesn't know about it.
-
- MicroPhone (and most other general purpose comm software) does not
- have any way to inform the host that the terminal size has changed. If the
- software knew what type of host it was talking to (like a Unix box) it could
- send the command to the host (stty rows x), but this is not the common case.
-
- On the other hand, there are two ways for the host to control (or
- detect) the terminal size. There is an undocumented DEC sequence for changing
- the number of rows (and columns) that a host can send to a terminal -
- MicroPhone II supports this sequence. The other thing that can be done via
- a host proram is to send a "move cursor to" command with VERY large values
- and then retrieving the new locations - the result will be the bottom right
- corner and the size of the terminal!
