  14. As far as I know, you just can't. I see only one way: Take fontographer
  15. or a similiar program and create your own font. You just have to cut and
  16. paste together the characters and the appropriate accents and assign
  17. them to an otherwise unused keystroke. You'll loose compatibility with
  18. other machines, though. (i.e. you just created your own fonts)
