  20. I use both WP5.1/DOS and Word 5.1/Mac.  IMHO, the key advantage of
  21. WP5.1/DOS on a DOS system, e.g., speed through function key commands,
  22. have essentially NO value on the Mac, where Word seems much more
  23. versatile, anyway.  One reason you may find so many books on WP/Win is
  24. that it is a real PITA to use, a problem that does NOT plague Mac users
  25. of either WP _or_ Word.

  27. Regardless of the ratio of WP/Win to WP/Mac books, I doubt that your
  28. mother will find the need for either with a Mac, as both program's
  29. manuals are pretty good.  Myself, I've never even SEEN a WP/Mac book.
