  13. Hi Shannon.  I've been using At Ease in an undergraduate lab for about 6 months now.
  14. It works great but there are some limitations.  Such as the inability to create folders
  15. or areas for specific users, delete alias from the document pages etc.

  17. The only option I have found (which didn't work - I specifically used At Ease because
  18. the users couldn't seem to handle the Mac without messing things up) is to use Save As
  19. from the file menu and save in a folder.  The alias to the document still appears in 
  20. the document menu however.  Microsoft word for one does allow the creation of folders.

  22. Of course this doesn't disuade people from saving a document in say the Extensions
  23. folder.  To protect against this I have made some of the folders invisible with
  24. ResEdit, such as the Extensions folder.
