- I would like to put a GUS in my computer. However, I still
- have a question or two about the GUS before I go out and buy one.
-
- First off, the GUS seems to have a voracious appetite for
- interrupts. This really bothers me. Can you disable the MIDI
- interrupt? I already have a Musiquest PC-MIDI card, and it works fine.
- I don't want to mess with yet ANOTHER non-MPU401-standard MIDI interface
- on the GUS. Or must you have the GUS' MIDI interrupt to play .MID files
- through the GUS?
-
- Could somebody give me a list of all the interrupts this beast
- takes up and what they are all for? Thanks.
