It isn't, native gus support would do that...

This works for me, I run sbos, sbos -f and ultrinit and it works fine. If I
don't run ultrinit, wolf3d shows it sees a Soundblaster, but I can't HEAR
anything. This may have something to do with the fact that my TB is connected
to the GUS line in.

F1GP was the biggest reason I put my TB back in. It sounded horrible with
sbos, almost as bad as GPU with TB, engine sounds like a vacuum cleaner...
