  12. is at archive.epas.utoronto.ca in the pub/pc/ultrasound/submit directory
  13. as gus0009.zip. If you have trouble connecting to archive, as a temporary
  14. measure you can ftp to klingon.epas.utoronto.ca or 128.100.160.36.
