  28. Well, that's not quite right, either.  What I suspect happens (I'm not
  29. in the semiconductor biz) is that Intel tests all its parts at 33 MHz
  30. UNTIL THEY HAVE THE NUMBER OF 33 MHZ PARTS THEY WANT TO SHIP.  Then,
  31. all the failures PLUS UNTESTED CHIPS are tested at lower speeds.

  33. Note that this doesn't necessarily apply to all parts (i486-50DX parts
  34. use a different fab process than 33DX parts).
