- I remember "Galactic Empire" on the Apple II, and liked it immensely.
- It is more or less like your standard Humurabi game (rule farmers)
- but instead of growing wheat, you are building a space fleet and
- trying to take over the whole galaxy before the stardate 999.

- There is a game on ftp.ulowell.edu which has the filename galactic.zip,
- which is an interesting variant, but seems a bit slow and the interface
- could do with some improvement. If you like this type of games, then
- galactic.zip is worth a look, but one word of warning, playing one simple
- game could take hours (I know from experience!).
