  12. Well as we have lost our FTP option on this site, to many
  13. 14 year olds getting loads of software each day, it was costing
  14. the council to much, Note: this was a free service, but we could
  15. get it back later next year, but with restrictions..

  17. We still have free E-Mail and Telneting..

  19. So is it possible to Telnet to any Internet site and get software
  20. down..??   like tu-berlin.de...
