  22. Dave one thing Atari should have done was to produce the 'Mindset'
  23. I did read that Atari did have a option on it..??

  25. Also there is this Great U.K Computer called the Archemides
  26. by Acorn, its a Risc machine, there risc chips are being use in the Apple
  27. Newton...

  29. Sort of leaves the A1200 for dead and the Falcon here, mainly on price,
  30. comes with a lot of software built in, has a 2 meg byte Rom, uses a 10 sector 
  31. 1.4 meg disk, giving 1.6 megs, uses IDE Hard Drives, PC type keyboard, but
  32. there are lower grade models like the ST, and they come with a monitor, the Top
  33. model (A540) has Svga, plus 1152 * 900 mono, the lower ones
  34. are 640 * 480 256 colours...

  36. There notepad called the A4 was in Byte some months back, they stated that
  37. Acorn had the first multi-tasking windowing machines...
