  46. I guess I can understand why it would need a moderator to check for
  47. viruses and such.  But if the people that are selected as moderators are
  48. not doing their duties then maybe they should become an unmoderated
  49. newgroup when anyone could post binaries or sources that they wish to
  50. post.  Although I do see a problem of whether or not the file has already
  51. been posted or not.  I agree there needs to be c.s.a.binaries and
  52. c.s.a.sources.  I just recently got FTP access and was doing without for
  53. along time and those were my only access to files when they did get
  54. posted.  But only 3 or 4 files were ever posted.
