- Not so! The VESA group, who designed the current local bus standard in
- record time, are working on a mezzanine standard, which would be what
- their 64 bit standard would be based on. PCI is also a bus-decoupled
- from-the-CPU standard. It too will be 64 bit (when we have a 64 bit
- CPU).
