- : As for going to my closest dealer and having them
- : open it for me, mine is 25 miles away, how about yours?

- Well, I'm pretty fortunate, my dealer is about 3 miles away. Its sort of
- a mom & pop operation. Quite humerous really. The owner looks very
- well-to-do, however, he never talks. Talking to him is like pulling
- teeth. The technician, on the other hand (who never shuts up), hasnt
- bathed for who knows how many days, has long, stringy, uncombed hair,
- shirt half-tucked in, and the obligatory jeans half way down his rear with
- no underwear. To top it off, they operate out of the back of a house. I
- have a hard time bringing my pc friends in there to impress them.
-
- To address the issue of not opening the top. I think its a joke. I work
- with pc hardware every day, installing cards, hard drives, memory,
- replacing motherboards, blah blah blah. Then I find out I'm not allowed
- to install a meg of ram in my 2000? Hmmmmmmm.
