  23. I don't know if Novell will be any kinder/gentler than MS but my experience:

  25.    . First floppy for DR 6.0 goes bad (way out of maintenance).
  26.    . Call DR customer service (800 number unlike some other DOS manufacturers).
  27.    . Explain problem to service droid.
  28.    . Get home next day and find FedEx notice of attempted delivery on front
  29.      door.
  30.    . Call FedEx to find out who it's from.  Novell...
