- I don't know if Novell will be any kinder/gentler than MS but my experience:

- . First floppy for DR 6.0 goes bad (way out of maintenance).
- . Call DR customer service (800 number unlike some other DOS manufacturers).
- . Explain problem to service droid.
- . Get home next day and find FedEx notice of attempted delivery on front
- door.
- . Call FedEx to find out who it's from. Novell...
