  21. Not really, because King George's executive orders reguarding the colonies,
  22. specifically the taxes and quartering troups in private houses without
  23. recompense were Illegal Under English Law, thus Illegal Executive
  24. Orders.  And the Colonists were also denied constitutionally legal
  25. redress, they were not allowed to "Cry Harold" (those who know English
  26. History will understand the reference).
