  13. When you apply the fax template from Word for Windows 2.0,
  14. it not only gives you a nice formatted fax cover page, but
  15. also brings up a dialog box asking for input of various 
  16. items such as name and phone number.  My problem comes when 
  17. I tried to modify the appearance of the fax cover page.  
  18. After I inserted some drawing to customerize the cover page, 
  19. I saved it as a new fax template.  However, every time when 
  20. I apply the new template, it does give a nice fax cover page 
  21. but not the dialog box as original fax template does.  
  22. Anybody knows the solution?  Basically I'd like my new fax 
  23. template to behave exactly as original fax template which can 
  24. bring up a dialog box to prompt input.  Please reply by e-mail.
